It's always a joy to photograph this family because Haley and Hunter and the girls are just delightful, plus Haley always dresses these girls in the cutest clothes.  I found a random spot on the side of the road with the most beautiful evening light, tall grasses and lovely goldenrod flowers. The girls were all smiles and I am not even sure who had more fun, me or them!  This particular time Hunter's brother and fam joined in the fun because part of these pictures were a gift to grandma!  Here's a look at the amazing pictures of all the Newtons from that gorgeous evening.   newtons2650printnewtons2650print

When your military son comes home for a few days, what else, but schedule a photo session, right?!! Great idea, Julie.  And weekday sessions are my jam!

So, meet Matthew. He has grown up and changed so much since I last saw him. Military suits him well for this season.  Now, I must tell you he had a limited amount clothing in his suitcase for this trip home, so Julie went with the purple theme to match him.  She nailed it!  It's perfect for the white cotton backdrop.😀

I was so excited to photograph this family again.  And I was thrilled to do it in the beautiful white cottonfield in the community that connects us.  Julie and Gene and their family have known my family for years.  Our connection began through our place of worship many years ago.  Their son, David, and my oldest daughter used to hang out and were in high school together. That's why it is was so nice to get to see them and catch up for a quick minute during their session.
